SiteForge AI provides AI-powered website analysis, AVO (AI Visibility Optimization) scoring, and website rebuild package generation. Scores and recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided as guidance only. Services include free AI visibility scans, audit reports, AVO monthly retainer plans, and website rebuild packages.
AVO scores, SEO scores, and visibility projections are estimates based on AI analysis at the time of scan. Advanced Networks LLC and BrainCreative AI make no guarantee that implementing recommendations will achieve specific search rankings, AI visibility scores, or business outcomes. Search engine and AI platform algorithms change frequently and results may vary. Past performance of other clients does not guarantee your results.
By submitting a URL for scanning, you represent that you have authority to submit that domain for analysis. We collect the URL, scan results, and any contact information you voluntarily provide. We do not claim ownership of your website content. Scan data may be used to improve our AI models and service quality.
Free scans are provided as a lead generation and educational tool. We reserve the right to limit free scan frequency per user or IP address. Free scan results may be used for product improvement and internal analytics. Free scans do not constitute a service agreement.
AVO monthly retainer services — Starter ($1,500/month), Growth ($3,500/month), and Authority ($5,000/month) — are billed monthly in advance via the payment method on file. 30 days written notice is required to cancel any monthly plan. Setup fees and onboarding fees are non-refundable. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
Generated rebuild packages (HTML files, schema markup, sitemap files, sales emails, developer handoff documentation, etc.) are provided as-is for informational and implementation purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and implementing any generated content. We recommend consulting a licensed web developer and your legal counsel before deploying any AI-generated content to a live website.
All rebuild content, copy, schema markup, and recommendations are AI-generated. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. SiteForge AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. Review all content carefully before publishing. You assume full responsibility for any content you publish.
Cancel any paid plan by providing 30 days written notice to israel.galindo@anwsol.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. Any outstanding balances at time of cancellation are due immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Advanced Networks LLC and BrainCreative AI to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of search rankings, traffic loss, or any business impacts resulting from implementing our recommendations.
The Service is available in the United States and approved territories only. Use of the Service is strictly prohibited in countries subject to U.S. OFAC sanctions, including but not limited to Iran (IR), North Korea (KP), Cuba (CU), Syria (SY), Russia (RU), Belarus (BY), and Venezuela (VE). By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted territory.
The SiteForge AI platform, brand, and underlying technology are the property of Advanced Networks LLC / BrainCreative AI. AI-generated rebuild content delivered to you is licensed to you for use on your own website upon payment. We reserve the right to reference completed client projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ventura County, California.
